The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to the electricity metropolitan. This ensures a stable power supply, which is important for a longer term business traveler like myself. the room is well-maintained and the bathroom is clean with modern fixtures. the staff is attentive and provides excellent service, ensuring that all my needs are met. the breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options to choose from.
The reception could improve their communication and attentiveness towards guests.

Great Facilities and Location Spending New Year at this hotel was a wonderful experience. the rooftop pool was amazing and the gym was very well-equipped. the hotel's location was perfect, with many attractions nearby. the hotel staff was also very helpful in suggesting places to visit.
Poor Customer Service the customer service at the hotel left much to be desired. the staff was not very helpful and at times even inattentive.

Great view of the sunrise over the ocean from our room and balcony. The beach was just a few steps away from the hotel, perfect for morning walks.- The hotel had a nice swimming pool where we could relax and enjoy the sun.- There were plenty of dining options nearby, offering a variety of delicious seafood.
The service at the reception was not up to par. The staff was not attentive and seemed to prioritize their personal conversations over assisting guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We also appreciated the convenient parking and transportation options available. The location by electricity metropolitan was very convenient for exploring the surroundings. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Almost perfect: Unfortunately, there were a few issues during our stay. The staff did not provide us with a receipt, and we were not informed about the wifi benefits.
